Terms and conditions


HumanSpeed receives Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercards.

HumanSpeed can and will not charge your bank account for a higher amount than what you have accepted when placing your order. Any payments will only be withdrawn from your account when your order has been shipped from our stock.

Orders can only be picked up at our web shop by special agreement. For customized orders and unique design requested, pre payment need to be settled. 


Delivery is carried out by GLS.

Unless stated otherwise on the Humanspeed.dk, expected delivery time is between 1-4 workdays. For customized orders, delivery will be advised by email


Shipping to EU countries. Shipping expense of 17€ will be added to your order. For Norway 150 NKR will be added. All prices for Norway is ex Tax, but included is GLS custom handling.

Costumers outside EU, please email peter@humanspeed.dk or order@humanspeed.dk directly for ordering and shipment pricing.


Orders for customers in Denmark and other EU countries will be inclusive Danish VAT (25%).

Orders for customers who live outside the EU will not be charge Danish VAT.


Should you wish to cancel your order at HumanSpeedshop.dk, you must send an e-mail toorder@humanspeed.dk and state your invoice number. Please mark the e-mail “Cancellation”.


At HumanSpeed our customers always have 14 days to withdraw from any given order. Confirmed customized orders cannot been withdrawn, as we speak about unique designs

If you wish to withdraw from an order, you must return the purchased goods in its original packing and in the same condition and quantity it was in when you received it. The right to withdraw from an order only applies as long as the goods have not been taken into use. However, it is permitted for the customer to test the clothing, in order to make sure that it fits in size. HumanSpeed will not take back any clothing that has sustained any uses or other kinds of damage caused by the customer. For instructions on how to return purchased goods to HumanSpeedshop.dk see below under “Return of goods”.


Two year warranty

You always have a two-year warranty on any goods purchased at HumanSpeedshop.dk. The two-year warranty begins once delivery of the purchased goods has taken place. If you want to make use of the warranty due to a defect on your purchased goods, it is a prerequisite that the cause of the defect was present at the time of purchase. Thus the defect might become visible after having used the product for a period of time.

If a product proves to contain a defect the customer must make HumanSpeed aware of this within a reasonable period of time. A complaint send to HumanSpeed.dk within two weeks after having discovered the defect. If you do not send your complaint within reasonable time, HumanSpeed may not be able to rectify the defect. If goods have been damaged during transportation the customer must complain at the time of delivery.

The customer must prove the time of purchase along with the price of the purchase. Thus HumanSpeed recommends that customers keep their invoice for a minimum of 2 years. For instructions on how to return purchased goods to HumanSpeed.dk see below under “Return of goods”.


The customer must wrap up any goods securely, before returning them to HumanSpeed.dk. Furthermore, the customer must attach a copy of the invoice to the returned good. The customer will pay all shipping expenses. If HumanSpeed have made any mistake HumanSpeed will pay the shipping expenses.

Privacy policy: The business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The business will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties, unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. The business will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal information to any third party without your prior permission.
